help w/ smart card please

Post by haynow2b » Sat Jul 01, 2006 9:16 pm

HELP PLEASE! I thought I was posting but I guess it went to the admin. Anyway I just tried using my new card reader w/ encorepro smartcard, encorepro software & driver, from my respironics bipap pro 2. All I have been able to retrieve from the card is compliance data. This is what the DME has been telling me along w/ excuses why they can't read it. What I really wanted to find out was how am I doing on this new machine. I'm not so sure it is working right, or me. Is it possible this card will not gather data other than compliance?

After you have downloaded your data from the card, it creats a download date line on the left-hand side of the screen. When you double click on that date line, it opens up another window.....on the left-hand side of that window, there are two "radio" buttons.....one is for compliance information and the other is for "Full Details".......click in the button to select the "Full Details".

I believe that should give you what you want to see.

Best wishes,

Den

Gary,

If it makes you feel better, I asked the IDENTICAL question about 6 months ago. Jerry69, College Girl, and Wolfman (den) replied to that, and posted some graphics to illustrate the issue. Here it is (fourth post from the top):

Hope that jump-starts your data experience. .
