I just bought an HDM Z1 Auto machine to use when traveling. Hoping to someday be one of those people who can pack only a carryon bag.
Anyway, I just tried the little guy out and it is SUPER loud. Nothing seems to decrease the whooshing sound: not wrapping the hose, not hiding the machine in a drawer, not changing hoses. I'm not sure I'll be able to sleep with it tonight. I keep reading posts about how a fix for this "is coming soon". Anyone know what that means? I thought it might have to do with the firmware, but unfortunately I can't test this out as I have a Mac, and the firmware update is PC only.
BTW, my pressure is super low, I'm on APAP and tend to run between 5 and 8. So it's not working very hard.
Thanks for any insight or info.
Elaine
