Last night I wanted to reduce the times I woke up in panic. I raised my min pressure to 8 (with EPR - 3) and lowered the top pressure to 13.8. I picked the top pressure based on what I saw the APAP chose to solve the OA's. I still show CA's. They seem to be associated with leaks. I think I am letting air leak out of my lips (caught myself doing that on a couple of arousal's.) I may be relaxing my jaw a bit making it hard for the tongue to block the back of the mouth. Not sure, but I know I also get chipmunk cheeks sometimes when I awake. I took the mask off again last night I knew I should have gotten out of bed or at least sat up before I did that. Someday I'll learn that lesson. I also had ramp on for 5 mins, but changed the min ramp pressure from 4 to 6. The lower setting had me 'searching for air.' Overall, I felt comfortable with the min pressure of 8. It's hard to compare with the rest of the week, since it's only been a few days and I think I may be coming down with a cold or something, had congestion yesterday, and sneezing. And last night before bed my throat was dry and beginning to feel sore. I took a 'Tylenol nighttime' cold remedy, and some honey for my sore throat. That helped.
I am posting my SH results if the 'experts' want to chime in. I'm comfortable with leaving the settings about the same for tonight.
