how do i post my pics and info of my cpap and masks

Near the top left of this, and every page, there is a line of text: "User Control Panel". Click on the text.
On the next page click on the "Profile" tab.
Then there is a drop-down list of equipment and a choice of showing your equipment as images, or as text, as part of your 'signature'.
