HELP! New Remstar Auto Report interpretation

CFlex provides pressure relief on exhalation and is a great option for many people but for some (me included) it negatively impacts our results. You used straight CPAP for years at 13 apparently with no problems and the pressure range you tried last night caused no problems. Since you don't "need" it you may not want to add CFlex in to the mix yet until you get your overall best pressure range set...otherwise it could end up being just one more variable to "chase" when evaluating your data.

This comes with the Remstar Auto (page 8 of the intrsuctions manual:
Am I missing something?Filter Cap & Filters ............ The pollen filter screens out normal household dust and pollens.
The optional, ultra-fine filter is also included for more complete filtration of
very fine particles.

Ozij, there is an additional filter that you can buy, which is clear plastic and is flying saucer shaped and fits between hose and machine.
It just gives extra filtering.
If you type in 'hepa filter' at cpap.com you will see it.

Thank you guest.
That is what I was afraid of. I have been used to fixed pressure c-pap for years 7 approx, although I have found it often exhausting at time to breath out against a pressure of 13, I now find it really weird on c-flex with the pressure suddenly dropping.
As the pressure drops on exhale, I get a feeling as though as if I'm falling or as though the rug has been pulled from under my feet and it makes me feel physically nauseous.
I recognisee the feeling as I get the same feeling, if I go on a boat. Even though I do keep reminding myself that i am not on a boat and it is simply the c-flex. The same c-flex that I have been so looking forward to having........ my stomach has other plans and just keeps sending my brain that 'I'm going to be sick feeling'!
I am hesitant about even trying the 3 c-flex setting at the moment!
I have not read any body else experiencing this, so I can only conclude my brain is giving me weird messages at the moment. But given time I'm determined to get over it, and at some point enjoy the benefits of c-flex just like every body else seems to, on these boards.
I will beat this somehow!
