Last night

Slept 3h:46m
NR - 0.0
FL - 1.1
OA - 1.3
H - 1.9
VS 6.9
AHI 0 3.2
avg leak 33.72

I changed the setting to 9-11 auto and moved to cflex 3 and seemed to help.
I am also sick, have a head cold and can't breathe through my nose until I put cpap on.
Tonight I get my new Autoset II and we'll see what happens.
The AHI looks very reasonable but you need to increase your "hose time".

What is your AI & HI?

Keep in mind that you can effective divide your HI reading in half since the Resmeds are very sensitive in scoring those.

Last night
2.2 Hours Use
9.8 Pressure
AHI - 4.1
AI - .4
hi - 3.7
Leak - 0%

I agree, that is what My hole post is about. Is trying to sleep longer on the hose but I can only get around 3 - 4 hours.

Keep doing what you are doing, keep getting what you are getting....2 to 3 hours on the hose a night.

I don't think people read the entire post. sorry

I had the M series for a year, I left it alone, I tried every month something new. Either a mask, or how I sleep, food, caffine, sleeping pills, auto, straight cpap, a flex, c flex.

So this new year, I bought a new Auto Cpap Machine (AutoSet II) To help with maybe teh problem of waking up at 3 - 4 hours a night. So far the autoset didn't wake me up except for the humdifier was set to III and was lil high and water dripped on my face and woke me up.

Also got a new mask and fell right to sleep with the CPAP PRO. SO yes am I changing things, YES, cause in the past it didn't work. I think I am on to something because last night I fell asleep within 10 Mins, and sleep through the dripping for 30 mins, I woke up and was like crap its dripping, but feel back asleep for 30 mins *(yes I was to lazy to roll over and turn down the humidifier),

Tonight, staying with all the same settings, and going to lower the Humidifier to II. or 1.5
