Zepbound

I’m wondering what level of success people with obstructive sleep apnea have experienced with Zepbound.

While my physician prescribed Z for my OSA (hoping to get Medicare to pay for it) it was really for weight loss, with which it is helping. I can't tell if the Z is impacting my apnea because that is already well treated by CPAP Therapy.

Would you consider lowering your min pressure a notch at a time and keeping a check with OSCAR?

Now that I've had three 0.0 AHI/RDI nights this week, versus having three in total previously, I'm considering that my recently increased Zepbound dosage just might have something to do with it.

Shortly after taking my first dose of Zepbound prescribed by my doctor, I had a terrible reaction that felt like my throat was swollen and limited my ability to breath. I went to the emergency two days straight only to hear the doctors say there was nothing they could do and that the symptoms would clear once the drug was out of my system in about two to three weeks. they did give me a steroid which seemed to calm the symptoms a bit but it took all of 4 weeks for it to be completely out of my system and the swelling feeling to go away. It was likely an allergic reaction which the pharmaceutical company warns that some people may experience but it literally felt like I was suffocating to death so please be cautious with this and other quick fix weight loss injection medicines. Just my experience.
