NS - I always use full pressure when fitting a mask. Otherwise how are you to know if you get leaks. Opus is #5 for me since Jan 8th and 3 nasal pillow one.

I guess I didn't say it right.
Usually I would put on a mask, tighten the straps to what feels right, then turn on the machine and make adjustments until it sealed right.
She is suggesting you leave the Opus straps completely loose and just hold the mask in place until the pressure is on. Then when it has sealed, fasten the straps to keep it just that way. I think it's to avoid over tightening. Does that help clarify it?
