Please help me, I very fat and do not know that to me to do with my body.
Diets do not help, nothing helps.
Who íèáóäü can advise me as me to grow thin?

Have a sleep study done, get a CPAP machine and the pounds will just melt right off.

(you might want to cut back on the SPAM, too.)

BTW, did anyone see the TV news show last night on the issue of weight loss? It was pretty convincing on the genetic predisposition toward one's weight.
