Please help me--I think this CPAP business has gone to my mommy's head!! Now she says I SNORE!! Hmmph!! I DO NOT SNORE--it is NOT lady like. so now she says I have to wear this mask to bed so I can sleep with her and so my snoring won't wake her up!! Does she not even realize how many years I put up with HER snoring--and did I ever once complain!? No-I didn't. In fact--I even woke her up when I realized she wasn't breathing--and this is the thanks I get. Do you guys know what it is like to try and wear one of these things--it leaks all over my face and nose--if I have to wear it--can any of you tell me please how to get rid of the leaks?? and do you know what this headgear does to my hair in the morning!!? It is NOT pretty!! Maybe this mask is just not the right size for me--please give me some advise!!--well thanks everybody for letting a little puppy girl vent--I knew you all would understand!!

How sweet is that face in the mask? I don't suppose you dress her up for holidays, have really, really cute coats for cold weather, and spoil the little dear to death? (So to speak.)
______________
I keep asking if there is apnea in dogs--there should be a mask/machine for them, maybe that they could wear in a harness pack. We certainly have a champion snorer right now.

Hi Birdshell--Nope--don't dress her up at all--really--I do put bows in her hair--and yes she has bows for the holidays--halloween bows, christmas bows, etc...
but--I DO spoil her...she is my joy!!
and for the past 8 months, prior to being diagnosed with sleep apnea(me-not her-LOL) she was waking me up many, many times during the night, and I couldn't figure out why--she wasn't waking because she had to potty. Once I had my sleep study and found uot I had 63 events per hour with O2 sats down into the 80's--I suddenly figured out why she had been waking me up--she knew something wasn't right with her mommy. Since starting CPAP therapy--she never wakes me up at night anymore!!
Anyway--hope you enjoyed the pic!!
