New here, saying "hi".

Post by ib505a » Mon Jul 14, 2014 5:22 pm

As I'm new here, I just wanted to say hello to everyone. I've only had my CPAP 30 days and just downloaded my first Sleepyhead statistics. It seems I'm doing ok, if I am interpreting the data correctly, as my AHI is >5. Thanks for all the support everyone gives here. I'm glad I found this site. I posted my results just in case anyone wanted to see them. I've not figured out to import the nifty colored graph, so I just copied and pasted the 31 days of data.

Thanks again for this site!

Diane

According to what you have posted your AHI is not just under 5, it's under .5 looks like your therapy is going great, some of us struggle to wear the mask for 3 hours a night and have an AHI in the 2-3 range. Plus I don't know about others here but with a job and a two year old I struggle to get 8 hours of rest per night. I'm kinda jealous of you right now, not gonna lie.

Welcome. I am sure you will receive lots of help here as I also have as a fellow newbie. If you don't mind me asking, how are you feeling so far on therapy? Are you feeling better than pre-therapy?

Welcome! Here is what you want to do.

1. Click link for home page or type cpaptalk.com
2. Click on link below that says, "Start new topic."
