Hi,
I am wondering the Encore Pro and Encore Basic is compatible with Repirronics REMStar M series or not,
does anyone can tell me?

Yes. but you have to have a specific card reader for M series machines.. its an infineer by mako industries and can be bought online for about $40 or $50. Encore can be given to you free by several members here, just ask.
Started cpap in 2010.. still at it with great results.

Do you have this card reader? It is the only one that will work with the M series Smart card?

EncoreBasic will for sure work with the M series machines.
It's a better choice over Pro (which I think will also work but is a PITA to install and use).

Check your private message box for information on how to find Basic.
