need help interpreting data please
need help interpreting data please
I finally got an SD card reader and would like some help interpreting data. All I can see in the daily reports that jumps out at me is that the percentage of centrals is higher than OSA, on average. I included the summary since I started CPAP, and the data from last nite.
i dont know how to get images on here but I will try it this way:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/44050638@N03/ (if you click on the images they get larger)
can someone please look at the sleepyhead data? any comments appreciated.
i am feeling good and more rested than in years. i do sleep about 9 hours and lay in bed trying to get to sleep due to RLS for about two hours. i just started mirapex for the last two nights, which is helping immensely and i dont think i will be laying awake for two hours anymore!

Re: need help interpreting data please
I am unable to get the image to load...not the first time I have had issues with Flickr via a link .
Without seeing the report...if you lay awake 2 hours and the bulk of your centrals are during probable awake times they don't count in the overall grand scheme of things. The machine doesn't know if you are asleep or not and often it can flag awake/semi awake breathing irregularities (or tossing and turning) by mistake.
You have to mentally remove any events that got flagged while you were awake.

How to upload images discussed in above thread with examples.
I am not familiar with Flickr and the url address for your image or I could maybe fix it for you but it won't load for me.
You aren't the first for Flickr to not load for me. For some reason it just sits there and thinks and thinks and thinks. Once I left the darn thing thinking for 15 minutes and it still wouldn't load...it might be me and my connection.
I am familiar with Photobucket though and maybe the instructions for the url address in the discussion above will help you.
Normally I would tell you to use the Img brackets from the forum editor instead of the url brackets...worth a try....click on preview to see if you see the image. Flickr may have several addresses to choose from..and I can't see what they offer since it won't load for me.

The centrals don't seem to be near the start of the 11+ hour session. AHI was under 2, so they may not be a big deal anyway.Pugsy wrote:If you lay awake 2 hours and the bulk of your centrals are during probable awake times they don't count in the overall grand scheme of things.
Cheers,

The links you are providing are urls instead of imgs. Find the Share button and post the address that ends in .jpg. Enclose it in img brackets.oak wrote:I have tried to upload images but I just dont get it. Could someone give a newbie a step by step instruction?

Re: need help interpreting data please
looks like you are linking to the entire photobucket album
if you click on one image in particular you get the address box on the right for that particular image...copy the last line in that box of 4 addresses and paste it into the body of your post here...it shows up as long code until you click submit or preview.
No need to do the forum editor url brackets or IMG brackets as the last line in that box contains everything you need.
Like this one below....and BTW your report is better than mine last night...nothing to worry about...not enough centrals to get upset about. I thought you had a ton of them or something...
That's a great report...short on time so I haven't reviewed the other stuff...gotta run...need new battery for tractor.

Here's the button. Use the 1024 x 600 size. Copy that whole mess, but only save the jpg address. Quote my above post to see what the syntax should look like:
