Sure is. Did the same thing though my computer was a bit bigger and probably heavier than his looks.

The two bands are what do most of the measuring and the thing on his finger checks his blood/oxygen levels. That's what told me my brain was dying at night.

My home sleep test was this unit that Kaiser sent home with me (along with the normal belts, wires and nasal cannula)...

I love John Cleese! (And all the others!)

When I think of him and sleep hygiene, I picture the scene from Fish Called Wanda where the two couples are preparing for bed. One of the funniest scenes in all moviedom.
