WISP Frame/Replacement Frame

Post by BeachGamecock » Sun May 19, 2013 1:10 pm

I have had this new mask for 2 months. I love the mask and have tried 6 other CPAP masks prior to getting this one. However, the point where the cloth frame clips to the headgear, has broken on 2 separate frames. The plastic inside the frame, that connects it to the headgear, is too narrow and not thick enough to keep the frame from breaking. I will try 1 more time and if the replacement breaks, I will contact Respironics for a solution.

THe cloth frame had been having problems early on.
Respironics says it has been corrected.
This is not to say there are not still a bunch of the defective cloth frames out there.
Did all these come from your DME?
If so, ask for one from a recent shipment.
