Getting an error code 15 on a remstar pro. Where can i get the PCA replacement?

E-15 ERR_ARM_UNDEFINED_INSTRUCTION_EXCEPTION •Defective FLASH chip •Replace Main PCA I have no idea.

Im guessing this is not obtainable or is so expensive as to be cost prohibitive?

If you are asking if the PCA can be purchased alone, no way... not for a medical device. You'll have to go through a authorized repair station like the one Stormy gave you.

Why not give them a call and see if they will give you an estimate based on the error code?
