The Sobakaw Cloud Pillow: How long to ship?

Ok, I just found the receipt and it's dated 10/16/12 when I ordered via the https://www.buythepillow.com/index.php?page=Home as mentioned in another thread about pillow talk. Wondering anyone else's experience in shipping times and when to expect arrival of the product.

On a side note: Someone called me about 5 days ago trying to sell me some kind of "Trial" discount card on un-related products but somehow they were tied into this place because they mentioned I should have been receiving my order any day now (which again was nearly a week ago).

Is this site legit, can anyone confirm. Things are just starting to sound a little "iffy" with the length of time since order and this mystery call trying to sell me some kind of $1 a month discount card.
