Big difference last night. O2 stayed above 90 most of the night.
I'll have to keep doing the Neti pot, vicks, sudafed thing for awhile.
Now I have to mow the grass which always agravates my sinuses. 1 step forward, 2 steps back.

Hi Lizistired. Would you please clarify about NO EVENTS. Are "events" good or bad? From your graph below, it looks like you spent the whole night almost entirely in desat territory well down into the 80's, not good. A bad cold could do that?! --Thanks.

I gotta get a full face mask. I woke up this morning with the mask disconnected at the short hose and a severe headache, sinuses clogged. AHI=0.3
I put my 50H on that I keep set in the alarm mode at 88% and tried to go back to sleep without the mask and keep my mouth open.
I'm going to set the alarm on my 50F for awhile, until this pollen season is over. Back to the neti pot, vicks and sudafed
Here is another example in an earlier thread.

Yep, No Events. I was breathing. So I assume that on auto, my S9 would not have responded. For that reason I have only increased the pressure 1cmh2o. I think that graph is a 1 hour block.
My sinuses get stuffed up this time of year. I guess I'm breathing enough for the machine to detect but not enough to absorb enough O2. I don't know. Last night was much better but I will monitor it until things level off.
