Remind me please, some one, how long does the little white filter last
Re: white filters for remstar m series
There is NO Mileage guarantee. I hold the old one up to a new one and compare.nashvillebrother11 wrote:Remind me please, some one, how long does the little white filter last

I have no doubt, how I sleep affects every waking moment.
I am making progress-NOW I remember that I can't remember

If this isn’t rocket science why are there so many spaceshots?

Depends on a few things all of which vary from person to person. Do you live in a dusty area? Have strong smells in your house i.e. smoke from cigarettes, cigars, fireplace, or cooking? Have allergy issues from pet dander, plant pollen or molds? If so, you may want to change the white filter more often.
The rule of thumb seems to be (I always wondered whose thumb they were using ) about once a month. Some people go much longer and only change it out when they notice a musty/dirty smell or diminished air flow. I have dust and seasonal pollen allergies, so for me it is worth it to change it out more often, usually every 2 weeks. I also use the grey foam/sponge outer filter and switch it out at the same time for a clean one. Overkill? Not for me, but everyone has to do what makes them feel comfortable and what works for them... no judgement from me!

One time a cop pulled me over for running a stop sign. He said, "Didn't you see the stop sign?" I said, "Yeah, but I don't believe everything I read." -- Steven Wright

If your nose runs when you use your cpap after putting one of those white filters in, you are allergice to it. I know I was.

Most of the time they say that they last up to 6 months but it depends on how dusty your house is.

Medicare and most insurance companies will pay for/allow you two per month. I change mine once per month.
