SleepyHead v0.9.1 questions about graphs

I looked around in the Help files but did not find the answer to these questions:

1) How does SH calculate RDI? I chose to see it, since it's my RDI that was high on my sleep study, not my OAs and Hs. But I'm wondering if I'm comparing apples to oranges.

2) What does Session Time mean?

3) It keeps asking me if I want to update to v0.9.2, but when I go to do it, it doesn't end up working. Any advice? Do I really want it yet?

Right click on the SH icon, run as administrator, and the update will probably work. You only need to do it this way one time for each update.

Ahhh: Click on the icon on my desktop. Got it! I was right-clicking on the sheep icons inside SH. Thanks!
