Prescription
Prescription
Does the doctor that oversees the sleep study have to provide patient with a copy of prescription? My doc had me sign a release on my medical records and supposedly sent the prescription with them to a local supplier of health care products. Still waiting ----

Re: Prescription
You have the right to choose your supplier--unless you are in an HMO, where the choices are limited.

Re: Prescription
If you ask for a copy of the prescription the doctor should give you one.

Re: Prescription
You have a right to a copy of the scrip. Depending upon your (U.S.) insurance, you have a say in the equipment you get. They all grossly overcharge and make a killing so there should never be an issue.
