I have a REMstar Plus M series. Has a humidfier. Very light usage. I was a cpap failure to start. When you turn it on, says "needs service"
When I called about it, I was told it was probably broke and wouldn't work again. ?????????
I now have a brand new machine, and I feel quite wasteful throwing this in the trash.
WHAT DO I DO WITH IT????
Do they re build these things?
Could it be repaired for someone who COULD use it???
Used Machine/not working/what to do with it?

Re: Used Machine/not working/what to do with it?
Perhaps it could be repaired. Call a repair shop. Certainly someone would be happy to have it in good working order. Nice thought, though fixing it may not be worth the money. Maybe someone on the forum has experience with fixing these machines and could take it off your hands.

Repair would be more then the machine is worth. I recently tossed two broke machines...right into the dumpster.
Is it an M series BiPap...if so, I may know someone who could use some parts out of it.
