Last night was a good night. I did take half of a mg of an anti-anxiety pill prior to going to sleep. I feel like I slept good with the exception of twice having extremely severe muscle cramps/spasms that brought me out of sleep enough to figure out that I wasn't going to wakeup fully. And I did go back to sleep. I'm sure that had to have some effect on something. But my OA is down to 3.95 and that makes me happy (I think) unless someone poitns out a problem to me. I think the spike in AHI (around 5am) was when I had the spasms.
This info was in a chart in Word put posting it here I lost the chart. I actually did a lot of reformtting in here, but it didn't take. If one of you would tell me how to make a table tha will show up in my messages I would appreciate it.

For tables..the format won't hold with board format...just do your table and then take a screen shot of the table and treat it like any other report image.
That cluster of events right prior to 5 AM might be "awake" events from the muscle spasms.
If so, we just mentally toss them out the window and the rest of your night was very good.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

Thaks for looking and commenting Pugsy. On the leak chart, I have a larger leak at the same time and I have a feeling it is all connected. After two days of being very tired, I am hopeful that today will be better. I have so much I need to do. I make jewelry and was going to go sell at local flea market, but decided not to do that and to just let myself wake up whenever it was natural.(turned off the alarm) Toorrow I'll do the flea market. Thanks for the nfo on doing the tables. I was getting frustrated formatting and losing it every time. LOL
