Dry mouth - no leak

Post by cowlypso » Fri Feb 24, 2012 8:46 am

Although my dry mouth problems have gotten a lot better since I dropped my pressure a bit, I still sometimes wake up with a dry mouth. I've finally figured out that I'm not actually leaking out my mouth like I was before. Instead, I have a good lip seal but my tongue is dropping down. So I'm ending up with air circulating in my mouth but not exiting.

I guess it's better than actually leaking out my mouth (although my mouth leak was so small that it wasn't significant for therapy). But I was really hoping that eliminating the leak would eliminate the dry mouth!

Now, to have a firm talking-to with my tongue....
