Autoscan 5.7 x Windows 7 compatibility

Post by ney » Thu Feb 23, 2012 1:07 pm

Hi,

After migrating to Window 7 (64 bits) the Autoscan does not install completely, returnig the msg:

"Unable to merge new configuration
Use BDE Administrator to merge your new configuration."

Would you have any clue to fix this condition?

Regards,

Ney

The new versions of ResScan will install and run on Windows 7..64 bit computers and you can use the S8 smart card and the card reader.

ResScan 5.7 is probably 3 years old.

You can find the latest version of ResScan 3.16 in Uncle Bob's signature line.
Just make sure that the card reader driver software installs...it is an option during install.

I thank you so much Pugsy.

Downloaded Rescan and it works.

The software I have is Autoscan 5.7 and not Rescan, Guess Autoscan is an old product.

Thank you again.
