Thank you for all your feed back and help with the oximeter for my girlfriend, she got a call yesterday and she will be getting one withing a week

Good for you. An oximeter is really a "must have" for anyone on oxygen, and it's the single most useful device to have for monitoring the effectiveness of xPAP therapy.
