Even from the first hour of my sleep study we knew I needed a ful macial mask and I realy
have no problem with using one. But I do have a question about nasal obstructions. Even
sitting here typing if I try to just breathe through my nose I find it sort of tireing and the
only time I tried mouth taping for a 1/2 hour period I felt breathing was a lot harder. Are
there any simple test my Dr. can do to tell if any nasal obstructions are realy intefering with
my breathing and harming the quality of my life during the 16 hours a day I don't use cpap?

Re: Mouth breathing
tell your primary doctor about your concerns. he will know what to check and maybe send you to see an ent specialist.
