Last night was my first night to sleep with my new air pressure numbers. Actually last night I slept all night but when I woke up this morning I started watching TV in bed sitting up and kept falling alseep. But I didn't feel like a truck had run over me. Will see what tonight brings. What I noticed in my data was that the majority of my events which included 3 periodic breathing events took place an hour and 15 min. after sleep onset (1:15am) and lasted over a 45 minute time period. Another smaller grouping (including 1 periodic breathing event) about 5:15 am over a 15 minute time period. Little happened between the two clusters. my incident of OA and CA went up from the time before. I am showing info from the two nights use prior to the change for comparison. All 3 show a Clear Airway Apnea in the range of 5. Is that significant? I am still trying to master the screen shot and having it print out. Once I do, I will post the charts. Should have done this earlier when I was more alert. My Ritilan is starting to wear off.
