Do nasal pillows stretch?

Do nasal pillows stretch with use? I started with a medium and now it seems too large so I put in the small and in comparison the mediums look HUGE so I just wondered.

Not in my experience, but I believe they do get softer. I find that after about 4 to 6 weeks the pillow is too soft to keep a good seal against my nostril and starts to leak pretty bad. Maybe what you're experiencing is the pillow pushing closer to your nose and thus you're feeling the larger part of the cone.
