Medicare Compliance Question

Post by Grand-PAP » Wed Feb 15, 2012 5:45 pm

Today I had my appointment with my Doc to finalize my Medicare Compliance. I have fulfilled the compliance requirement, but I am curious if there are any compliance requirements after the original 90 period? Or does Medicare just "assume" you are continuing therapy through the balance of the 13 month lease?

I don't believe there are any other compliance requirements after 90 days. . Medicare requires a 13 month rental and then you own the unit.

I did the 90 days and I'm 6 months in now and that's all I did was the 90 day thing. Seven more months and it's all mine.
