mask noise

hi sometimes at night i here my mask makes kind of a farting noise when i raise my head up it stops i lay flat on my back why is it making that noise it didnt when i first got the mask

It's no longer new, and the straps elastic elongates and losses tension. Jim

It's just air leaking out the sides...Be sure that your face is very clean with no oils before you put the mask on.. Normally the silicone pad should be replace at 2-3 months. How old is your mask?
