Survived my First Cold on APAP

Have been on APAP since late May. Was thinking a few weeks ago that I hadn't had a stuffy nose since then. Shouldn't have thought that because I encountered a bug last week. The last 6 days, it's been herbal teas, Zicam, lots of tissues, and benedryl at night. Slept better than I thought I would. Sucked on a menthol lozenge and breathed through my mouth. Glad I had a FFM!

Try Neilmed Sinus Rinse, it would help.

Oh, I was also using my netipot, and it did help.
