my sleep data from last night

last night my pressure was 15.5 cm and increased to 17 cm this afternoon

Sleepy Head shows you were using straight CPAP at 15.5 for the night.

Your numbers look great and the detailed data itself looks pretty decent too---even with the 5 events between 3:45 and 4:15. Any chance you were wake or dozing between sleep and wake during that time?

Why increase the pressure? And why increase the pressure by a whopping 1.5cm? Most of your remaining events are CAs---so your airway is already open as far as the machine is concerned. Additional pressure won't help prevent the CAs and it just might trigger more of them.

Personally, I'd leave the pressure at 15.5 for several nights and see if they all look as decent as this one does.
