Just wanted to post a typical couple nights for me. The second one I was talking to the wife for about 20 minutes after laying down. We talked for a while right before getting up as well. Talking will give you some false readings but it's pretty easy to figure out looking at the graphs. I think I'm doing pretty well. Thanks for all the great advice!!

It appears you have taken well to the therapy. Takes some adjustment, but it makes a huge difference in energy and outlook. Keep up the good work!
