Has anyone had their mask change shape?

I have the Quatro FX mask and it used to work about 80% of the time. I would have to play with it two to three times a night. I can't move my chin or roll without hearing the hiss of air.
Now I can't get the mask to work at all. I called the sleep study multiple times to try to resolve the problem with no results. The secretary said they will need to get a prescription for a fitting and a different mask. When I picked it up they said I had thirty days to exchange it, now I need to go through hoops.
I went from not sleeping because of apnea to not sleeping because of a high pitch squeal and air blowing in my eyes.
Why doesn't the medical supply companies stock a variety of masks that you can try?

There is some good news after 19 days I am starting to feel a little better.

It means that for 95% of the time your leak rate was at or below that number. You would need to look at the leak line itself to determine how much time was spent near that 24 L/min line where ResMed things can go wrong. Off hand without seeing the leak line...I suspect your leak line is going to be pretty ugly and a good bit of time spent very close to the 24 L/Min line or above. Especially since you complaining of leaks.

I went into the thirties many times but the average is between 15 and 20 That's the minute vent line. My tidal volume went into the 1700 range 12 times last night.
I just imported last night and my 95% rate went to 38.
