The day after

Ok, so I've just gone through my first night.......anmd it all went ok. Well it tok a little while longer to get to sleep than normal, and I woke up throughout the night and felt like I had a jet engine thrusting air down my throat. But apart from that, it all went ok.

The day after started like I was on fire, lots of energy and felt alive (which hasn't happened for a while), however it seemed to fall in a heap around 1.30pm.........I started to yawn and haven't stopped all afternoon.......Is this normal? Your help will be much appreciated.

I'd also like to make a comment: Why is it, that Resmed is a company of NSW, Australia......and to buy an S9 Autoset was around $2,000 (but quoted up to $2,400), yet I could have purchased one in the USA for $725 ??????? I ended up purchasing it here because I get $1,000 back through my health insurance provider........Am I alone in thinking that something is not right here???
