CPAP Mask and Teeth
CPAP Mask and Teeth
I have no gaps in my teeth, but have noticed that when I get up in the morning, my top two front teeth are separating where the mask lays above my upper lip. Does that mean the mask is too big? How do I fix this issue if not?

Re: CPAP Mask and Teeth
An orthodontics dentist moves your teeth by applying small amounts of pressure over time and eventually gets your teeth in line. I would assume that if you keep to much pressure on your upper teeth night after night you might move them. Maybe try some nasal pillows.
