I bought my CMS-50D+ from pulseoxstore.com. I'd buy from them again if I needed one.

I like the 50D+. It has its quirks, but I don't know of a better product line for the price.

I bought my CMS-50D+ at semedicalsupply.com. I ordered on Sun and it was delivered today (Wed) . Quick service and a good price. Pulseoxstore.com was out of stock for a week or so when I wanted one.

Those don't appear to be recording pulse oximeters. You need a recording pulseox to be of any use for apnea/CPAP use.

Be really careful ordering through Amazon Marketplace. I did, and received a CMS50E with out of date firmware and the incorrect software, and the seller is giving me a hassle about return. (Note, this isn't Amazon's fault; Amazon has been great and really helpful in trying to sort it out. It's strictly the seller that's the problem.)

PM me if you want the actual seller's name as one to avoid. (I don't want to post it here YET, in case they do finally agree to handle the return claim appropriately.)
