Yes, Exercise Can Be Important to Sleep Hygiene

Post by Starlette » Wed Feb 01, 2012 7:37 am

Good morning everyone.

Yes, for me exercise was the missing piece. I have the data to prove it!

@ Carbonman - Back at ya baby!
@ Pugsy - Using the calculations you showed me, I suppose my calculations read as AHI 0.00???
@ Oldgeezer - See, I share your excitement today!!!

FTW!!!

So on that note...

Yes, I know it's four hours. It's a start! And I will not change a thing on my machine, love it!

It's because of your support, encouragement and wisdom I am TRULY on my way to APAP nirvana *graciously bows*

Now, to NEVER forget the battles I've been through and to pay it forward! FINALLY, let the TRUE healing of my brain begin!!!

((huggs))

Good job...yes..sort of a back door AHI 0.0. I almost had one of those nights recently. I had one lone Hyponea and 3 or 4 Clear Airway events scored.

Woo Hoo!! How timely - we just restarted our exercise program with a great walk this morning! Here's hoping we have good results, too. BTW, Kim's machine was ordered today - exactly like mine - how romantic.

Keep up the exercise!
Only a CPAPer for the last 5 months, so only for this past month,I've been tracking daily exercise and correlating this to that night's AHI. Seems like I have my lowest numbers with the highest level exercise unless I swim (nasal stuffiness elevates AHI).
