So Where'd Flo Go, Joe?

Reformatting my computer.

I re-installed ReScan™ 3.14, from the exact same file (burned to a DVD) that I originally installed ReScan™ with.

But this time, there is no graph for the all critical "Flow" field.

Even more interesting is that there's no setting for Flow in the Graphing Options Panel.

I had saved all my previous data entry and settings files, then placed them in my patients folder.

So when the new ReScan boots up, it shows everything the way it was before: my correct ResMed unit, with the same serial number.

The interface shows my same day-to-day history, going every day from today, back to April of 2011, when I first started.

Every "i" is dotted, every "t" is crossed, but Flow is a No Show.

I've rebooted the computer a number of times, and I guess I could just re-install . . .

But I was hoping that there was something simple that I had overlooked.

I'd just pick up the phone and call ReSmed for technical support if they'd promise not to report me to the Illegal Sleep Software Police.
