Only if you feel you need it.

nope.. it's a comfort thang. Some folks need it for congestion. I thought I needed it when I first started therapy. Now, I only use mine a couple times a year when my sinuses start acting up. I have found it's one less thing to "mess with". Though it's well worth it, cpap therapy takes a lot of my time... checking my numbers, cleaning my equipment, adjusting the equipment... etc... Deleting the humidifier from my life is less hassle for me. Just sayin'...

Depends on your body needs and sometimes where you live.

I absolutely have to use a humidifier or my nasal mucosa scream bloody murder. Others can go without it. It all depends on the person and their needs. Most people will need some added moisture to hydrate the nasal mucosa.
