Portie....know just what you mean...have a couple students that I'm thinking, "geez that has to HURT!!" I talked with my Americare rep and he's just gotten the samples, but says no code yet. I've already told him I want to try it!! Pugsy, I think you're a bad influence on me!! I "hinted" that I would be more than willing to try out the straps for a test run prior to ordering or if they just need someone to "preview" the feel of things!!

I've been wondering if my ear lobes are attached or detached... Per Wikipedia:
A quick survey of your friends will reveal that earlobes do not all fall neatly into either the "free" or the "attached" categories; there is a continuous range from one extreme to the other, suggesting the influence of several genes.

I have been known to be a bad influence. There is no need to buy the whole setup for those of us with the Swift FX already. Just checked my order still "processing" and no email about waiting for a shipment so hopefully it will be mailed out tomorrow and I can have it by the weekend. It has been quite a while since I experimented in the mask department. I might hate it since I sleep a lot on my side but won't know till I try it.

It's a continuum, ems, a continuum of earlobe attachment/detachment...

Right, so I'm not clearly in the detached or attached category. This is not helping my identity crisis.

Don't worry you will get your jumbo size ears with those straps pulling your ears every night, ROTFL . The pink color should be very useful for the treatment I noticed we have a pink Resmed S9 CPAP and pink masks, what is next?

If you can't improve it make it PINK

Do they have a pink ClimateLine yet (or filters) yet?

Because pink is a good, strong colour for boys. Not like that weak, watery blue.

Just got off the phone with my DME (and I LIKE my DME>....I know...a rare thing!)
He's got me down as the first to get one, as soon as he can get his hands on one for me. No clue when that will be, though. He said the rep did leave one at the sleep lab, and they were going to go get that one. But I don't know if that will be one for them to keep, or if I will be able to get that one. I"m anxious to try it, since I love my Swift FX!

If the loops slipped off little, soft ears, a person could take the velcro back strap off the original headgear
and run it from loop to loop just above the lower back hairline.

Just got off the phone from where I ordered the new Bella Loop attachment. Supposedly ResMed hasn't shipped to any suppliers (at least online) yet. They are looking at next week for expected shipment arrival.
My DME didn't even know they existed so I know he won't have them for a while. It was the same thing when they came out with the Swift FX. It was available online long before he got it. Of course now they stock the PR S1 machines so they are the ugly stepchild when it comes to the ResMed rep stopping by with new stuff to try. Doubt there will be any freebies for this new attachment from ResMed rep.
So looks like I will have to wait till online suppliers get the new shipments. Bummer.

Wouldn't that be defeating the purpose of the attachment? I think if I had to do that I'd just use the FX the way it is.

Edit: I just called my DME and left a message about what I wanted. I'm sure they'll have to order it... doubt they have it in stock or even know about it. We'll see how this goes...
