I sleep on my stomach. I currently use the Comfortlite 2 mask, but have used many others including full face masks. I don't use a pillow for my head when on my stomach. I just slip my hand or arm under my cheek.

I sleep on my stomach all the time. I use a contour pillow, and a Resmed Micro Mirage nasal mask.

I do it with a full face mask https://www.cpap.com/productpage/FlexiF ... aykel.html

Here is a description of the technique (Falcon position) http://www.uarsrelief.com/sleeppositions.html

It is an excellent sleeping position. Gravity does not work to pull the tongue and soft palate into the airway causing blockages as it does when backsleeping.

I sleep on my stomach too. I have always used a thin pillow, so I lust place my arm under the pillow, fold the pillow in two, and place my side of my face on the pillow and get comfy. No problems with my FF or leaks.

I'm a side/stomach sleeper and find my Swift FX for Her and Swift LT both work great, combined with my Regenesis buckwheat hull pillow. I also have a CPAP pillow with the "C" cut-out on both sides which I now use in our camper.

Keeping in mind that your mask should be as loose as possible without causing leaks, I've found that adjusting my nasal pillow masks so that they are 'snug' results in way less leaks. I spend some time each night before laying down, tweaking my mask until it feels firm and snug, but still comfy.

I also find that securing the hosing over my head means less wrestling with an octopus during the night. The LT already has a nice snap-in for the tubing. I use the velcro loop provided with my PapCap chinstrap to secure the FX.

Stomach/side sleeper here also. Nasal pillow mask with buckwheat hull pillow.

The key is finding the right bed pillow that allows whichever mask you use to be mostly unencumbered by the bed pillow in your preferred sleeping position. I am small petite woman and a relatively low & flat pillow serves me well because I have small shoulders and the buckwheat hulls let me create a little spot for the mask to rest so it doesn't end up all squished up into my face.

Do any stores carry those pillows or online only?

Would like to try one. I didnt like the memory foam pillows or temperpedic pillows. Felt too firm. I like squishy yet still thick enough to keep head propped up enough so all my pressure is not on my shoulders while I side sleep. How firm are those?

How firm depends on how many hulls are stuff into the pillow case. Some of the buckwheat pillows have a zippered case so easily modified to add or remove hulls.

I don't remember if Sobakawa pillows have the zippered case. Sometimes those can be found in stores. Years ago I got one from Walgreen's but don't know about now. It was considerably firmer than the one I have now but it had a lot more hulls in it. I think Bed Bath and Beyond carries a buckwheat pillow.

I use the Regenisis regular size pillow. They now offer a larger version. I got mine as part of a product trial so I got lucky. It does have a zippered containment case. For me it provides just the right support and still allows for easy repositioning of the hulls to accommodate the mask. It is rather "floppy" if I hold it up. Lots of room for movement.
Too many hulls will result in much less movement and a much firmer pillow. But if one gets a pillow which allows removal of the hulls it is easy to customize.

I can't speak for the Buckwheat pillows, but we just got a new pillow for my wife that was somewhat custom made. We went to that SleepNumber bed store (I have no affiliation with them) and they can help you design your own pillow. Basically it is a thin padded shell, and then you can pick the type of inner part you want. So you can design it for stomach, side, or back sleeping, and other customization. The really cool part I thought was if you want to change it, you just unzip it, remove the inner part and insert a new part. I believe they call it Pillowology.

Also, they have this Boomerang pillow that I think could be interesting to use for stomach sleepers.
