do any of you find that msg interferes with your therapy?

i sometimes notice that i get headaches from it, and those are amplified by the headpiece on my nasal mask (which presses on my sinuses).

i'm tempted to switch to a mask that doesn't do that.

A lot of people get MSG headaches... nothing to do with Cpap, but the answer is not to compromise your Cpap, but avoid MSG prior to bedtime!

Avoid it as much as possible. Google it and read the side effects. john
