I have been reading my therapy on the encore software 2.2 version for a while now. I have used it to adjust my therapy slightly to reduce the AHI. My question though is on setting the benchmarks on the software. Under the company tab, you can set how to calculate treatment. So for those of you that are aware of this can you point me in the direction of what values should be used, or if I should just leave it alone? For instance
AHI calculation shows a 7 day use and average ahi (per hour) of 5
Large leak; [/Average lager leak (minimum) 30]
Clear airway apnea index:
Average clear airway apnea index (per hour) 5
Periodic breath.
Average of night in periodic breath (%)
These seem to be the most important parameters and I don't want to change how the calculations are made if there are no reasons to. Thanks in advance. Lot of knowledge on this board
Encore software
Re: Encore software
I wouldn't change them. Why? Those are the standards.
What I did change (in v1.8 ) is that "Start of Day" from noon to midnight but I have no clue where that is in v2.x

I have no doubt, how I sleep affects every waking moment.
I am making progress-NOW I remember that I can't remember

If this isn’t rocket science why are there so many spaceshots?

I think they left out start of day in EP 2++, why would doctors care what your data looked like. JimGumbyCT wrote:I wouldn't change them. Why? Those are the standards.
