This is a stupid question with probably a very obvious answer, but I haven't found it yet...
ResScan software is working great, no problems downloading or seeing anything.
Question: Does the number attached to an apnea incident indicate the number of seconds breathing was disrupted or impaired? If not, what does that number mean? The numbers range from 10 to 18 and seem to be in no particular order.
Last night was my first real night with my S9 and Hybrid mask (had used a different machine and mask until Tuesday and got my hybrid mask on Wednesday). For the first time, my mask was on the entire night and my AHI was 2.9 with no leaks reported. This must be the right mask because I did NOT take it off during the night.
I'm hopeful that this is the start of a positive trend. Still don't feel particularly rested today, although I know that I actually slept more last night than I had previously. Guess it takes a while to recover from decades of sleep deprivation!
