3rd night
3rd night
I just completed my third night on cpap and am thrilled. I slept a solid 6 hours without waking up and feel great! I'm a little stiff from sleeping on my back so much but that is minor. I never believed I would take to this so fast. I am totally encouraged.
Re: 3rd night
You're off to a great start! Remember that some nights will be better than others, don't get discouraged if you have a bad night, or two, or even three. Just keep at it!

Re: 3rd night
Glad to hear you are taking to your therapy so well. Please try to sleep on your side more as most events will occur when you sleep on your back. That is when the tongue is more apt to fall back into the throat.
Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.
Re: 3rd night
Good to here! I am on my second week. I started sleeping all night with mask on after the third day! It does make a big difference!!! I think my body is catching up though because I am sleeping way more than I did before CPAP.
