Family member recently diagnosed with OCD. Is there a good forum that someone can recommend, similar to cpaptalk.com? Pls pm or post here. Thanks

I just Googled OCD forums and got a whole bunch of options to choose from.

LOL - so did I but there are many, some general psych forums, one in UK. I was looking for a specific recommendation - something that is equal to cpaptalk.com [the one and only place we hoseheads should be using ]

Boy I can sure understand that when I remember looking for a OSA forum. Some of them were were so awful. Some were so moderated it took 48 hours for a post to appear.

My daughter struggled with OCD when she was a teenager and has been in remission for several years. Medication has mixed reviews in the treatment of this disorder, however a combination of medication and a therapeutic modality such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy has shown to be very effective.
