LOL - so did I but there are many, some general psych forums, one in UK. Boy I can sure understand that when I remember looking for a OSA forum. Some of them were were so awful. Some were so moderated it took 48 hours for a post to appear.. I was looking for a specific recommendation

My daughter struggled with OCD when she was a teenager and has been in remission for several years. Medication has mixed reviews in the treatment of this disorder, however a combination of medication and a therapeutic modality such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy has shown to be very effective.
