Can't log in to Encore Pro 2

I am trying to log into encore pro 2 and it keeps saying my user name or password is incorrect. I logged in before now I don't know what is wrong. Now my account is locked. Any ideas?

EncorePro 2.2 requires you to change your password on a selected schedule. You have some choice in the length of time a password is effective before needing it to be changed. If you don't change it on time you do get locked out. I can't remember the first time user password .... duh .... grrrr. I had to give up my borrowed PR S1 BPAP Auto w/Bi-Flex (great device) and am back to using my Resmed S8 VPAP Auto and ResScan 3.10 and forgetting EP2.2 as I re-learn PS3.10.

I need an unlock code now. I don't know where to get that.

I have heard if I uninstall this It won't reinstall. Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this?

I just want to give this a bump in case someone can help me that hasn't seen this yet.

Try User Name as EncoreAdmin and Password as password1
That is what I found in the initial setup readme file. I do not know if it will still work after you changed the login user name and PW. Good Luck.

I tried that already. I guess I changed it and forgot what I changed it to. I usually use the same password so I don't know what I must have been thinking.
