How to set Resmed Sullivan V pressure

I have a Resmed Sullivan V lightweight. i bought it on my own. My husband says I snore, sleep apnea runs in my family. I need to know how to set the machine. It is on 11 now. I want to know how to play with the settings so it is comfortable, an how do I know if it is at the right setting. A manual would also be nice if possible. Thanks
